During The Tenancy Term (Payable to Maceys Estates Ltd)

Key Replacement: The cost price of the replacement of any lost key, key fob, security device or any other item that is required to access the property will be borne by you.

Early Termination: Upon the receipt of a written request from the tenant (and with agreement of the landlord), to terminate the tenancy prior to the fixed term, a fee of £50.00 (incl.
