As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments either before, during or after your chosen tenancy.
Permitted Payments
Prior To Tenancy Start Date (Payable to Maceys Estates Ltd)
Holding Deposit:
This is equivalent to one week's rent on the agreed monthly rental value and will be offset against the total move in monies due prior to move in. The holding deposit on this property is £196-£207
This is refundable UNLESS you:
* Fail to take up the property within a reasonable time (ie within 15 days or alternative if agreed by us)
* Fail to declare relevant information or provide false or misleading information which affects the referencing
Security Deposit: This is equivalent to 5 weeks rent on the agreed monthly rental value. The full deposit is £980.77-£1038.46
During The Tenancy Term (Payable to Maceys Estates Ltd)
Tenancy Amendment: A fee of £50.00 (incl. VAT) will apply if the tenant requests, and has approved, a variation to the tenancy agreement.
Key Replacement: The cost price of the replacement of any lost key, key fob, security device or any other item that is required to access the property will be borne by you.
Early Termination: Upon the receipt of a written request from the tenant (and with agreement of the landlord), to terminate the tenancy prior to the fixed term, a fee of £50.00 (incl. VAT) will be payable along with the equivalent cost of the landlords re-let fees, pro-rata'd to the end of the initial fixed term or relevant notice period.
During The Tenancy Term (Payable To The Provider)
Utilities: To include gas, water, sewerage, electricity or any other fuel unless otherwise included within the rent
Council Tax: Payable to the billing authority unless classed as exempt
Communications: Telephone & Broadband Charges unless otherwise included within the rent
Cable/Satellite: Both the installation (upon approval from the landlord) and subscription to the relevant suppliers unless otherwise included in the rent
Television License: Payable to the billing authority
Other Permitted Payments:
Damages for Contract Breach: Payment for damages in breach of the tenancy agreement or an agreement between Maceys Estates Ltd and a relevant person (tenant, guarantor or person acting on behalf of the tenant).
